The choices of shapes, colours and styles are endless as each building is bespoke and each of our customer's needs are unique. Some of our buildings can even be designed to take sedum roofs. Can you complete my garden project from start to finish?
Yes! We can cover everything from groundworks to design and installation. We provide a range of base-works and would be able to advise you as to which base would work best for your garden building and the area it is situated in. Our delivery and installation service covers homes all over the North East. For those who require electrical services, we have specialist contractors on hand that we have worked with for many years to provide your building with the finishing look you desire.
Are there any planning restrictions?
Many people are surprised that quite often you do not require planning permission for garden buildings. The planning portal usually allows 2.5m overall ridge height if it is within 2m of a boundary. Planning restrictions may vary depending on where you are located so we would always recommend checking with your local planning office.
How do I create my perfect garden building?
It can be a little daunting designing a garden building if you haven’t done it before, but GCS are here to guide you every step of the way. At GCS we provide a design service which allows you to create 3d configurations to get the exact specifications you require. An appointment can be made with our lead designer where he can take you through the process.
